An economy designed for the network
YZM is the provisional ticker for the native token of the YAZIMAO network — used for fees, staking, and participation incentives. Final parameters are published with the Economics Specification; nothing on this page is speculative and the ticker is not final.
YAZIMAO’s economic model is currently under protocol design and has not been finalized. The provisional brand ticker is YZM — it is not frozen and may change.
What the token does
The token has concrete roles across the network. Parameters — amounts, rates, and curves — are finalized in the Economics Specification.
Transaction Fees
Gas for executing transactions and smart contracts. Fees are metered and deterministic.
Staking
Validators stake YZM to secure the network. Weighted voting power, slashing protection.
Storage
Payments for storage orders and commitments in the decentralized storage network.
Compute
Escrow and settlement for compute tasks — coordinated on-chain, executed off-chain.
A supply model, defined in code
The supply model must be simulable — not a slide. Genesis allocation, emission, vesting, and burning are specified precisely and verifiably.
Genesis allocation
Defined at genesis with verified accounting invariants.
Emission & burning
Validator emission and fee burning are modeled as economic parameters.
Vesting & unlock
Schedules are explicit and code-simulable.
Supply parameters
TBDFinal values are published in the Economics Specification before launch. Until then, all figures are deliberately blank.
Allocation, once defined
The allocation model balances the ecosystem, validators, treasury, and community. The exact breakdown will be released with the Economics Specification.
Allocation
TBD
Ecosystem
Storage, compute, gaming, grants
Validators & staking
Network security incentives
Community
Nodes, participation, adoption
Treasury
Long-term network development
Team & contributors
Builders of the protocol
Incentives that align
Incentives exist to keep the network secure, available, and useful — not to reward noise. Every incentive is designed against gaming and sybil abuse.
Security
Staking and slashing align validators with network safety.
Storage
Rewards tied to real, verifiable storage contributions.
Compute
Settlement tied to verifiable results, not raw volume.
Anti-abuse
Contribution proofs, reward caps, and sybil resistance.
No numbers, yet. Supply, allocation, emission, and reward formulas are finalized in the Economics Specification. When they are, this page is updated from a single source of truth — never hardcoded marketing figures.
